At Landlord Recovery Services we want to make sure landlords never have an excuse to enforce their court awarded judgments. Therefore, if the landlord does not want to want to pay a percentage of their judgment, they now have the option of enforcing it themselves, via our state of the art asset and employment search options. #2 - Employment Search	1 to 3 business days	Report Includes: Current Employment Information, Employment History (as available) and Bankruptcy Search.	$75.00

#4- Bank Account Search	2 to 4 business days	Report Includes: Banking Institution, Number of Accounts & Account Type (i.e. checking, savings, etc.), Account Balance (for each account, if multiple accounts discovered), Account Title (Name(s) on Account) and Bankruptcy Search	$150.00
